Who We Are

Our social impact office launched three years ago to extend this commitment for social good. We are on a mission to harness automation and AI for humanity by empowering nonprofits and uplifting human lives through technology. Our goal is to empower more nonprofits to access AI and automation to increase productivity and cost savings. We also strive to reduce barriers to technical training for jobs of the future. Our technology is built for human enablement, and we look to drive tech for good initiatives to solve global social challenges.
Scaling Nonprofit Efficiency with JerseySTEM
The project that earned us a spot as a finalist for the prestigious Global Business Tech Awards was our initiative with JerseySTEM, a fully volunteer-run organization that provides STEM education to middle school girls in low-income, minority communities in New Jersey. JerseySTEM operates through a workforce of 80 – 100 volunteers and has a 0% payroll budget. We partnered with JerseySTEM to deploy our automation technology to save them hundreds of thousands of dollars of annual back office staffing costs that can now be reallocated toward scaling their impact and meeting their goal.
A few outcomes from this project include JerseySTEM being able to streamline their data management, enhance their back office, and improve system integration using automation Anywhere. This improves their classroom program operations end to end from recruiting volunteers, onboarding volunteers, automating communication, managing work assignments, and maintaining their data warehouse. This improvement is now sustainably allowing JerseySTEM to focus on their next big goal: educating 3,000 more girls in STEM per semester by 2030. Mike Diamant, CIO, HR Systems and Data of JerseySTEM said “Scaling […] is a significant effort, and automation plays a big part in helping us attain that goal.”
