We’d like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude and enthusiasm to learn that we’ve been shortlisted as SaaS Company of the Year at the Global Business Tech Awards 2024.
We’ve had a spectacular year, and our hard work has been met with a lot of success. As CEO, I am personally thrilled to see our continued drive be met with this prestigious recognition.
Since 2015, at BrightHR our objective has been to transform people management. As an HR software, service and advice provider, we’ve been committed to making the lives of employers easier by removing HR burdens and mitigating risk with our cutting-edge range of HR health & safety software.
Throughout the past year, we’ve hit a major milestone, now providing over 100,000 businesses globally with user-friendly software that cuts costs and boosts productivity. A core pillar of what we do here at BrightHR is addressing the problems of SMEs and creating innovative, flexible, and adaptable solutions. As our clients’ needs change, we adapt alongside them.
We’ve been more dedicated than ever to businesses of all sizes over the past year, and in the past 12 months we’ve:
- Saved 5,232 hours per business with readily drafted documents
- Saved £6mil+ in training costs thanks to HR and safety courses
- Offered 128mil+ hours of work to employees with shifts and rotas
With this client-centric approach, we’ve developed our own Learning Management System for SMEs to easily meet their training obligations by assigning staff courses and filling gaps in skill with in-demand courses that support their staff both in and outside of the workplace.
This system is loaded with 71 RoSPA and CPD-accredited courses on HR and health & safety topics. Since its launch in August 2023, we’ve seen:
- 742,043 courses assigned
- 273,842 assigned courses completed
We’ve included this system as part of our core HR software, saving our customers an average of £67 per employee per course on training and upskilling.
Alongside our 100k client milestone, we’ve generated significant media attention, securing articles in major publications like LadBible, The Telegraph, Yahoo, and HR Magazine. We’ve reached an audience of over 1.17 billion people and generated 1.7 million views, recently participating in a TV interview with ITV.
We’re filled with a sense of pride looking over the past year, as our combined efforts have established us as an authoritative source for HR and employment law topics.
We’ve done this by putting our customers first, understanding their needs, and working hard to provide software solutions that meet these constantly evolving needs. In line with this, we’ve been conducting surveys and prioritising collecting feedback. We recently carried out a global survey to determine the biggest challenges our clients will face in 2024. As a result, we have created free resources and guides to help our clients not only overcome these challenges, but also achieve meaningful growth.
We believe that being transparent is crucial to being recognised as a top provider. In line with this, we launched Bright’s Blueprints: Leaders in Tech, an interactive report that sets us apart from other HR software companies. It’s the first of its kind, showcasing our investments in products and services this year, and shedding light on the year ahead.
As we anticipate realising the many goals we have set out to achieve this year, we also reflect on our successes and the continued trust our clients have placed in us as a leading provider of HR solutions for the thriving world of small business worldwide.
It is an honour to be shortlisted by the GBTA as a candidate for SaaS Company of the Year, and this award vindicates the incredible work our team has undertaken over the past twelve months.
With our sights set on the horizon, we’re in a better position than ever to soar to even greater heights, propelled by our team’s unwavering commitment and dedication to small businesses, ensuring shared success for both BrightHR and our clients.
Alan Price, CEO of BrightHR
